On March 18, Great Place to Work® announced the 50 Best Workplaces in Portugal during an in-person ceremony held at Convento do Beato in Lisbon, following the format of last year’s event. Noesis ranked 5th in the category of companies with more than 500 employees, a distinction that recognizes organizations with outstanding workplace environments based on the country’s largest organizational climate study.
This recognition reflects a consistent track record of achievements. Noesis has been named a Best Workplace in Portugal™ for four consecutive years and, at the European level, has been included in the Best Workplaces in Europe™ list for the fourth year in a row, standing as the only company with Portuguese roots among the top 100 organizations in the ranking. In addition, Noesis has earned the Great Place to Work® certification for the fifth time and has also been recognized as a Best Workplace in Wellbeing.
